WHAT DO I NEED TO BECOME A RESERVE VENDOR?
To become a reserve seller you need a Nevada Sales Tax ID# and a Nevada State Business License. Please visit the Department of Taxation and the Secretary of State:

WHEN IS MY RENT DUE?
If you are a reserve seller, your rent is due every last weekend of the month.
(Note: Your rent is due by the last date shown on your pass).
If you pay late one week, a $10 late fee will be applied per space, shed and awning.
A $20 late fee will be applied if paid on the second week per space, shed and awning. After the second week, seller forfeits all rights to the space.
